Glen Oaks Health Care is a 76-bed facility offering skilled nursing and long term care services, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

Glen Oaks has been serving our community for more than 40 years with care and compassion. We are conveniently located just south of downtown Clearwater, Florida. We have a spacious and secure, home-like facility featuring an enclosed outdoor courtyard, a large dining hall, a day room with a large TV and a quaint front porch.
