About Fountainhead Care Center
Fountainhead Care Center is a 146-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility located in North Miami. We are a 5-star rated facility and recently received the prestigious American Health Care Association’s Bronze Quality Award. We offer skilled nursing services including wound care, IV medication administration, tube feeding and routine medication administration, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and some HMO plans.
